高校学术期刊内部审读调查分析与建议

The survey analysis and suggestions of the internal check of university academ ic journals

摘要:

【目的】了解我国高校学术期刊内部审读现状,分析影响期刊内部审读效果的因素,以期为提高期刊内部审读效果提供借鉴和参考。【方法】采用问卷调查法和访谈法对175种高校学术期刊内部审读的现状进行剖析,并提出解决当前高校学术期刊内部审读问题的建议。【结果】发现部分期刊编辑审读意识薄弱,内部审读制度不健全、奖惩机制不完善、方式不灵活、执行过程流于形式等,导致内部审读并未给编辑和期刊带来实质性的效果。【结论】期刊在内部审读中应强化编辑审读意识,丰富审读形式,建立健全审读制度,优化审读队伍,以全方位地提高期刊质量和编辑人员的编校水平、业务能力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims at understanding the status quo of China university academ ic journals’internal check, and making the analysis of factors that influence the periodical internal check to improve the periodical internal check results.[Methods] By using questionnaires and interviews among 175 kinds of university academic journal internal check situations,the authors carried on the analysis,and put forward suggestions to solve the current academ ic journals of colleges and university internal check issues.[Findings] It is found that some journal editors do not have the strong consciousness of proofreading;the check system is not perfect; the rewards and punishmentmechanism is not perfect, and inflexible; the executive process is amere formality, leading to the result that the internal check does not have any effect on journal editors and the journal itself.[Conclusions] In the internal check of journalswemuststrengthen editors’checking consciousness, enrich the form of the internal check, establish and perfect the internal check system,and optim ize the personnel of the team,so as to fully improve the quality of journals and editors’editing and business level.
