Abstract:
[Purposes] This study explores the functional positioning of scientific journals within the context of open science principles and policies. It aims to fully leverage the active role of scientific journals in the knowledge production network and continually innovate the pathways for knowledge transformation and application. [Methods] Through text analysis, case studies, and logical argumentation, we compared the pathways for knowledge transformation in scientific journals under the framework of open science with those of traditional scientific journals. We extracted and summarized innovative strategies for enhancing these pathways. [Findings] Focusing on diverse stakeholders such as researchers, academic institutions, governments, and the public, this study proposes multiple pathways for knowledge transformation in scientific journals and advocates for integrated cluster development models. [Conclusions] In the context of open science, scientific journals play a crucial role as pivotal actors within the knowledge production network. They function as bridges, facilitating reformation and innovation in pathways for knowledge transformation, thus improving the efficiency and quality of knowledge transformation.

【目的】 探究开放科学理念与政策视域下科技期刊的功能定位,充分调动和发挥科技期刊在知识生产网络中的积极作用,创新科技期刊的知识转化应用路径。【方法】 通过文本分析、案例研究和逻辑论证,将开放科学背景下科技期刊的知识转化路径与传统科技期刊知识转化路径进行比较研究,提炼总结出科技期刊的知识转化路径创新策略。【结果】 围绕研究人员、学术机构、政府、公众等不同对象,提出科技期刊多元知识转化路径和融合集群发展模式。【结论】 开放科学视域下,科技期刊在知识生产网络中处于行动主体地位,发挥桥梁作用,积极变革与创新知识转化路径,可以提高知识转化效率与质量。
