Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to analyze the characteristics and current development status of T1-level journals based on the Classification Catalogue of High-Quality Scientific Journals in the Field of Food Science and Engineering, evaluate the influence and research hotspots of high-quality scientific journals in the food field in both Chinese and English, explore developmental bottlenecks, and propose targeted strategies to facilitate the high-quality development of scientific journals in the food field in China. [Methods] Taking 30 T1-level journals as the research objects, we adopted bibliometric and visualization analysis methods, and analyzed the journal academic output, citation performance, impact indicators, and academic frontiers from 2020 to 2022. [Findings] The influence of high-quality English scientific journals in the food field in China has been significantly improved, and some journals have formed advantages on the international stage. However, the overall influence of Chinese journals still has a gap compared with the top international level. There are commonalities and differences in hotspots between Chinese and English journals. The academic strength of domestic representative research institutions is strong, but the proportion of scientific research results flowing to international journals is relatively high. [Conclusions] Chinese and English scientific journals in the food field should firmly grasp the opportunity of the rapid development of the discipline, optimize the journal development path, strengthen international dissemination, promote the coordinated development of Chinese and English journals, attract more high-level scientific research results to be first published domestically, and gradually improve the global influence and academic service ability.

摘要:

【目的】基于《食品科学与工程领域高质量科技期刊分级目录》分析T1级期刊的特征和发展现状,评估食品领域中英文高质量科技期刊的影响力和研究热点,探讨其发展瓶颈,并提出针对性建议,以助力我国食品领域科技期刊高质量发展。【方法】以T1级30种期刊为研究对象,采用文献计量学方法和可视化分析方法,分析2020—2022年期刊学术产出、引用表现、影响力指标和学术前沿性。【结果】我国食品领域高质量英文科技期刊影响力显著提升,部分期刊在国际舞台上形成优势,但中文期刊整体影响力与国际顶级水平仍有差距。中英文期刊在热点领域存在共性和差异,国内代表性研究机构学术实力强劲,但流向国际期刊的科研成果比例较高。【结论】我国食品领域中英文科技期刊应牢牢抓住学科快速发展的契机,优化期刊发展路径,加强国际化传播,推进中英文期刊协同发展,吸引更多高水平科研成果本土首发,逐步提升全球影响力和学术服务能力。
