Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper aims to study the current situation and existing problems of editing and publishing academic papers by editors of scientific journals in colleges and universities, and put forward strategies to enhance their writing skills and academic level. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the experiences, quantity, awareness, and improvement suggestions of editors of scientific journals in publishing academic papers, as well as the policies of affiliated colleges and universities. The problems and reasons were analyzed and summarized. [Findings] The majority of editors lack a strong awareness and attach low importance to publishing papers. The average annual publication quantity and the proportion of high-quality papers published by editors are generally low, with limited collaboration among multiple units or institutions. There are relatively few relevant journals, and their publishing capacity is limited. The subjective reasons on the part of the editors themselves have hindered effective research in editing and publishing. The support from colleges, universities, and publishing institutions in terms of promoting and publicizing editing and publishing research, project funding, and rewards needs to be strengthened. [Conclusions] It is suggested to enhance the initiative of editors in conducting academic research, establish research teams and cooperative platforms, carry out training and lecture activities on editing and publishing, improve editors’ academic literacy, writing skills, and academic level, select appropriate journals for submission, and increase support for the research on editing and publishing, so as to promote high-quality research outcomes and drive the high-quality development of journals and the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities, thereby better serving national strategies and meeting industry needs.

摘要: 【目的】 研究高校科技期刊编辑发表编辑出版学论文的现状及存在问题,提出提升编辑写作能力和学术水平的策略。【方法】 采用问卷调查方法抽样调查高校科技期刊编辑发表编辑出版学论文的经历、数量、认知情况和改善建议,以及所属高校政策要求等内容,分析总结存在的问题及原因。【结果】 大部分编辑对发表论文的意识不强,重视程度不高。编辑出版学论文年均发文量及高质量论文占比整体偏低,多单位或机构合作研究偏少。相关期刊数量较少,刊载能力有限。编辑自身主观原因导致未能有效开展编辑出版学研究,高校和出版单位对编辑出版学研究的宣传推广、基金项目和奖励措施等的支持力度需加强。【结论】 建议增强编辑开展学术研究的主动性,组建研究团队和搭建合作平台,开展编辑出版学培训与讲座活动,提高编辑学术素养,提升编辑的写作能力和学术水平,选择适宜的投稿期刊,加大对编辑出版学研究的支持力度,以高质量的研究成果推动期刊高质量发展和高校“双一流”建设,以期更好地服务国家战略、满足行业需求。
