Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to promote the connotation construction of technical college journals, and improve the journal quality.[Methods] Using the logical analysis, literature review and statistics, we analyzed problems in the connotation construction of technical college journals, and provided corresponding suggestions.[Findings] Technical college journals facemany difficulties, and in this background, the journal staff should pursue to break through the predicament, establishing the standard of technical college journals'manuscript quality,and encouraging editors to practice deeply.We should not attribute low quality to the organizers, publish passively, use absolute standards of high quality manuscripts to dampen our confidence, rely on editor-in-chief toomuch, shorten publication frequencies blindly, or hope that the union of journals can bring our success.[Conclusions] This paper points out problems and countermeasures in the connotation construction of technical college journals,which w ill provide guidance for scientific journalsw ith sim ilar backgrounds and technical college journals.

摘要：

目的 推进高职学报内涵建设,提升办刊质量。方法 主要采用逻辑分析法、文献法和数据统计法,分析高职学报内涵建设中的问题并提出建议。结果 高职学报面临诸多困境的背景下,办刊人员应加大突破办刊困境力度,树立高职学报的稿件质量观,鼓励编辑深度参与办刊实践;不宜将办刊质量不高一味归咎于主办单位,不宜“等米下锅”被动出刊,不宜用“绝对化”的稿件标准打击办刊信心,不宜过于依赖主编办刊,不宜“盲目”缩短刊期,不宜过多地寄希望于联合办刊。结论 指出高职学报内涵建设实践中存在的问题并提出建议,以期为高职学报及有相似背景的其他科技期刊提供借鉴。
