Abstract:
[Purposes]This paper understands the status of university academ ic journal editors'job satisfaction, and searches for methods of improving job satisfaction,in order to upgrade editors'motivation and enthusiasm.[Methods]Using a combination of the network and the field questionnaire,we investigated the job satisfaction of academ ic journal editors from universities in different areas and at different levels.First, t-testand ANOVA of survey datawere obtained; next, itanalyzed the factors of job satisfaction by the factor analysis.[Findings]Gender, marriage and working life have unimportant impact on editors'job satisfaction, butage,educational qualifications, professional titles are the opposite.By the factor analysis, eight main factors are obtained.[Conclusions]Universities should strengthen their support for academ ic journals, and improve editors'professional environment,and setup an incentive system.At the same time,editors should enhance their professional capacities and competitiveness.Carrying out these acts is to better gather the strength to enhance the level of universities'academ ic journals.

【目的】了解高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度现状,寻找提高编辑工作满意度的方法,以更好地提升编辑的能动性与积极性。【方法】采用网络问卷和现场问卷相结合的方式,对全国不同地区、不同层次高校学术期刊编辑的工作满意度影响因素进行调查。对问卷数据的T检验和单因素方差分析,运用因子分析法对影响因素进行分析。【结果】通过问卷分析表明,性别、婚姻和从业年限三因素对编辑工作满意度的差异不显著,而年龄、学历、职称三因素的差异较为显著。通过因子分析,得到影响编辑工作满意度的8个主要因素。【结论】高校应加强对学术期刊的支持,改善编辑的职业环境、建立激励制度,编辑自身应提升职业能力和竞争力,以更好地凝聚力量提升高校学术期刊的办刊水平。
