摘要： 《华北国防医药》和自己的门户网站——中国康网在抗震救灾的报道中,通过借势互补产生的放大效应,扩大了期刊的影响,增加了网络的点击量,互动实现了双赢,并为科技期刊在突发公共事件报道中的功能拓展进行了有益的探索。
