摘要： 从国际编委和国际审稿、国际稿源、国际检索系统和数据库收录、论文发表时滞、网络版建设、国际合作等方面介绍浙江大学医学院附属第一医院主办的英文期刊《国际肝胆胰疾病杂志》创刊六年余所走过的艰苦国际化历程,从而被国际权威数据库认可、国际同行所接受、使其真正成为全球肝胆胰领域交流平台。
