摘要： 目的 调查系统评价和报告指南二次发表现状和意义。 方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(1994年1月～2007年11月)和中国引文数据库(1979年1月～2007年11月)，中国科学引文数据库(1989～2006年)，PubMed (1979～2007年)，Cochrane图书馆(2007年第3期)，通过比较论文方法学和结果部分鉴定出二次发表的系统评价和报告指南，并分析其被引频次。 结果 共鉴定出二次发表的系统评价14篇，报告指南4篇。国内作者发表二次发表的系统评价平均被引频次4.6，报告指南为8.3次/篇。 结论 系统评价和报告指南二次发表对其在国内的传播和转化具有重要的桥梁和补充作用，应引起中国医学期刊编辑的重视。
