摘要： 结合《中华心血管病杂志》多年来对多种心血管疾病诊疗指南制定的实践经验，阐述了指南制定过程中应注重时效性、普遍适用性和权威性，并探讨了推广指南的有效方法。编写、发表和推广指南，对发挥期刊的学术导向作用具有重要意义。
