摘要： 结合《华西口腔医学杂志》编辑部的管理实践经验，认为创名牌精品期刊之路在于加强编辑部管理建设中的编校、组稿、审稿和编辑培养等方面。对名牌精品战略的实施提出了一些具体的意见，以供学术期刊同仁参考。
