Abstract

摘要： 阐述了对高校学报编辑部档案管理的认识，提出其档案管理应在三个方面下功夫：档案资料的收集应全面；整理应细致；管理应科学，做到管、用并重，解决专、兼职管理问题，处理好纸质档案和电子档案的管理问题。
