摘要： 在网络发展的信息时代，学报原有的综合性被削弱，传播性被强化。栏目作为期刊的窗口和旗帜，其原有的功能和作用将越来越突显。综合性高校学报应在自身特点和优势基础上，分步骤、有计划地做好特色栏目的战略性规划，同时建设编辑人才队伍，健全、完善配套措施，并根据期刊的几个重要指标监测其运作情况。
