Abstract: Li Shouxing．On the Use of“％”．Chinese，Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals,1996,8(1)：45～47 The“％”is a common mathematical symbol，its mathematical meaning is 100—1 or 0.01．The“％”can be used to express the value of some dimensionless quantities, and the'standardized names of quantities must be pointed out.The“％”cann't be used to express the dimension quantities，and“％”and its name percent cann't be used in the definitions of the quantities．

摘要： “％”是个常见的数学符号，其数学含义是100-1或0．01。可用％表达某些无量纲量的值，但必须指明量的标准化名称。不应当用％表示有量纲量，％及其名称百分率也不应当用于量的定义中。
