Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to investigate the synergistic mechanism between natural science journals of normal universities and "double first-class" construction from the perspective of academic community in order to explore the synergistic development path of journals and disciplines. [Methods] The natural science journals of nine "double first-class" normal universities were taken as research objects. Combining the implementation plan of the "double first-class" construction of related universities, publication, columns, and impact index of these journals from 2019 to 2020 as well as their academic community construction measures were investigated based on journal websites, CNKI database, and questionnaire research. Results were analyzed by Excel. [Findings] The academic community centered on the natural science journals of "double first-class" normal universities is able to promote the synergistic development of journals and first-class disciplines through the core role of editors and editorial board members and targeted thematic publications. However, due to the limited international dissemination capacity of the journals and the management mechanism and academic evaluation system of the host universities, the effectiveness of journals' assistance in producing high-level results is not ideal. [Conclusions] Through optimizing column setting, exploring bilingual communication, and enhancing academic leadership, natural science journals of normal universities are able to improve the collaboration efficiency among members of the academic community as well as the synergistic degree of high-level output, realize the connotation value of the academic community, and further elevate the high-quality synergistic development of the journals and first-class disciplines.

摘要:

【目的】从学术共同体角度探讨师范类高校自然科学学报与“双一流”建设协同发展机制,探索二者协同发展路径。【方法】以9所“双一流”建设师范类高校的自然科学学报为例,结合高校“双一流”建设实施方案,基于学报网站、中国知网与问卷调研统计2019—2020年学报发文情况、栏目设置、影响力指标和学术共同体建设相关举措等,并运用Excel软件进行统计分析和图表绘制。【结果】以“双一流”建设师范类高校自然科学学报为核心的学术共同体能够通过发挥编辑与编委的核心纽带作用和具有针对性的主题出版,推动学报和一流学科协同发展。但受学报国际传播能力、主办高校的管理机制与学术评价体系影响,其助力高水平成果产出的效果并不理想。【结论】师范类高校自然科学学报应通过优化栏目设置、探索双语传播与增强学术引领3个方面,提升学术共同体成员协作效率与高水平成果产出协同度,实现学术共同体内涵价值,推动学报与一流学科高质量协同发展。
