Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss the publication of content extracted from online dissertations that have been included in database, which is expected to serve as a reference for scientific journals. [Methods] We analyzed whether the inclusion of dissertation into database is publication, the potential risk of publishing content extracted from dissertation in copyright, and the risk of academic misconducts. Combining the dissertation republishing policies of foreign publishers and scientific journals, we expounded the rationality and paths of publishing content extracted from dissertations. [Findings] Inclusion in database on the Internet marks publication. However, dissertation has unique characteristics, and it is reasonable to publish content extracted from it. [Conclusions] Scientific journals can publish papers extracted from dissertations on condition that they are innovative, open, and authorized, with correct signatures and reasonable citations, so as to promote the dissemination of scientific research outcomes.

【目的】 分析已入库上网学位论文析出稿件再发表的相关问题,为科技期刊处理此类稿件提供参考。【方法】 深入分析数据库收录学位论文的出版属性,以及科技期刊再发表此类稿件的潜在版权风险及学术不端风险等。结合国外出版商及科技期刊的学位论文再发表政策,阐述析出稿件再发表的合理性与路径。【结果】 入库上网意味着学位论文已公开发表,但学位论文有其特殊性,学位论文析出稿件再发表具有合理性。【结论】 科技期刊可以再发表内容有创新、署名正确、引用合理、信息公开并授权的学位论文析出稿件,以促进科研成果的传播。
