Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the motivation and mode of scientific data publishing driven by enhanced publishing, which can provide reference for publishing and sharing of scientific data under the background of open science. [Methods] By combining with the method of literature review and case analysis, the motivation and mode of enhanced publishing for scientific data were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of different modes for scientific data publishing based on enhanced publishing were explored. Based on this, the specific path of optimizing development was proposed. [Findings] The purpose of scientific data publishing driven by enhanced publishing is to promote the development of scientific communication and scientific data publishing and sharing. In the new media era, it has formed a variety of scientific data publishing modes based on enhanced publishing, but there are still many problems in the development. [Conclusions] To achieve scientific data publishing based on enhanced publishing, it is necessary not only to standardize the publishing policy of scientific data, but also to pay attention to the development and application of new technologies. At the same time, we should attach importance to the joint establishment of scientific data storage, standardize the citation of scientific data, and strengthen the quality control of scientific data from multi-dimension.

【目的】分析增强出版驱动下的科学数据出版动因与模式,为开放科学背景下的科学数据出版与共享工作提供参考。【方法】采用文献梳理与实例分析相结合的方法,归纳科学数据增强出版的动因与模式,并探究不同科学数据增强出版模式的优劣,据此提出优化发展路径。【结果】增强出版驱动的科学数据出版旨在推动科学交流与传播、科学数据出版与共享等工作;在新媒体时代下,形成了多种科学数据增强出版模式,但发展仍存在诸多问题。【结论】实现增强出版驱动的科学数据出版,不仅需要规范科学数据增强出版政策、关注新技术的发展和应用,同时还须重视联合建立科学数据存储库,规范科学数据引用,并从多维度强化对科学数据的质量控制。
