Abstract:

[Purposes] We study the feasibility of scie.pngic research of editors and the possibility of training editors as full-time editorial board members, and discuss the strategy of journal operation by editorial board members with Chinese characteristics. [Methods] By comparing editor positions with those of lecturers or research fellows in aspects of working modes, contents, environments and demands, we gave suggestions on reformation of editor positions. [Findings] The editor positions of scie.pngic journals are very similar to those of lecturers or research fellows, and the example of Journal of Sichuan Normal University shows that the system similar to teaching and research positions can accelerate the scie.pngic researches of editors. [Conclusions] The editors of scie.pngic journals can engage well in scie.pngic research, and be trained as full-time editorial board members, which is suitable for the journal operation in China.

【目的】 探索编辑科研化的可行性,以及专职编委化目标的可达性,讨论适合中国国情的编委办刊策略。【方法】 从工作形式、内容、环境、要求等方面比较科技期刊编辑岗位与教学科研岗位的异同,以教学科研岗位为参照设计编辑岗位改革的策略。【结果】 科技期刊编辑岗位与教学科研岗位在许多方面都具有相似性,并以《四川师范大学学报》为例说明了相似于教学科研岗位的制度设计可以促进编辑科研化。【结论】 编辑科研化的道路是可行的,编辑专职编委化是适合中国国情的编委办刊策略。
