Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper aims to evaluate the efficiency of knowledge exchange in academic journals, identify the influence of knowledge exchange efficiency on the judgements of current status of the academic exchange activities in academic journals, and provide references for the optimized development path of inefficient academic journals. [Methods] Using the Super-SBM model, we analyzed the efficiency of knowledge exchange in 25 educational journals from 2009 to 2013. Tobit model was applied to exploring the influence of environmental factors on the knowledge exchange efficiency of academic journals. [Findings] There is a large space for improving the efficiency of knowledge exchange in 25 educational journals. And notable difference exists among these journals. The cited half-life period, number of institutions, and publication cycle have significant and positive effects on the efficiency of knowledge exchange in academic journals, while the positive effect of the publication duration is not significant. [Conclusions] Journal organizers should pay attention to the latest literature, try to avoid the monopoly layout phenomenon of a few institutions, shorten the paper publication cycle, and introduce digital publication pattern.

【目的】 测算学术期刊知识交流效率,分析其影响因素对学术期刊学术交流活动现状的影响,为低效率的学术期刊优化发展路径提供参考。【方法】 运用Super-SBM模型,分析2009—2013年25种教育学学术期刊知识交流效率。利用Tobit模型考察环境因素对学术期刊知识交流效率的作用方向与影响程度。【结果】 25种教育学学术期刊知识交流效率仍有较大提升空间,期刊之间差异较大。引用半衰期、机构分布数、出版周期对学术期刊知识交流效率具有显著正向影响,办刊年限的正向作用不显著。【结论】 期刊主办方应加强最新文献引用的重视程度,尽可能避免出现少数机构垄断版面现象,缩短论文出版周期,引入数字出版模式。
