Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to solve secondary editing problems of vector illustrations drawn by different softwares. [Methods] Word and PDF were used to test the conversion and fidelity of vector illustrations in order to achieve an efficient image that can be edited by CorelDRAW. [Findings] Vector illustrations could retain their original quality after conversion by Word and PDF. CorelDRAW in high version could better solve the character compatibility problems. PDF files could be imported into CorelDRAW only when their versions matched each other. [Conclusions] It has certain advantages in easy operation and high fidelity for processing illustrations by using Word, PDF and CorelDRAW to deal with different kinds of vector illustrations, which could improve the quality of journal illustrators and the publishing efficiency.

【目的】 解决不同软件绘制的矢量插图后期CorelDRAW(CDR)兼容编辑。【方法】 利用Word、PDF对多种软件绘制的矢量图进行转换和保真测试,实现CDR对插图的二次编辑。【结果】 Word、PDF可转换和保真不同软件绘制的矢量图;高版本CDR可更好地兼容字符命令;PDF须与CDR版本匹配才能导入、编辑矢量图。【结论】 Word、PDF与CDR对不同矢量图进行格式转换及二次编辑,操作简便、保真效果好,有利于提高期刊插图质量和出刊效率。
