Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to improve the situation of lacking of the implementing method and the precise path in total quality management (TQM) of science and technology journals.[Methods] The quality factors and quality demands of science and technology journals were synthetically analyzed. Based on demonstration of character of science and technology journals and their adaptive characteristics, the theoretic model of TQM for science and technology journals was constructed with the PDCA recycling technology of TQM.[Findings] The periodic improved route diagram of life-cycle is proposed, which can help the whole operation of publishers and quality early-warning.[Conclusions] The results can help construct TQM system of science and technology journals based on the model framework, so as to provide support for accurate management of science and technology journals.

摘要:

【目的】 为改变科技期刊全面质量管理尚缺少执行方法和精确路径的现状。【方法】 综合分析科技期刊的质量要素和质量需求,在论证科技期刊属性和适应特征基础上,运用全面质量管理PDCA循环技术,构建科技期刊全面质量管理理论模型。【结果】 提出全生命周期持续改善路线图,辅助编辑出版单位的整体运行和质量预警。【结论】 可以按照模型框架建立科技期刊全面质量管理系统,实现科技期刊的精确质量管理。
