Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims to discuss about the standard writing pattern and publication form of retraction statements for academ ic journals,providing relevant references for colleagues.[Methods]We searched 38 retraction statements in the Wanfang Database until December 2015,and with 59 papers retraction.The writing and publication of retraction statements for Chinese academ ic journals were analyzed,and the standard writing pattern and publication form of retraction statements were proposed.[Findings]The writing of retraction statements for Chinese academ ic journals is not standardized,and the publications of the retraction statements are not unified across different journals.Especially,the following treatment for the database and the network version is rather imperfect.To this end, the standard writingmodel of the retraction statement is generalized, and the attentions for publishing the retraction statements are also set forth.[Conclusions]The writing and publication of retraction statements for Chinese academic journals need to be standardized, which would benefit the editorial office, the editorial comm ittee and authors,etc.,and help purify the academ ic environment.

【目的】探讨学术期刊撤稿声明的规范化写作模式和发布形式,以期能给同行提供参考。【方法】对万方数据库收录的截至2015年12月的相关文献进行检索,共检索出38篇撤稿声明类文献,撤销论文59篇。分析我国学术期刊撤稿声明的写作和发布情况,提出撤稿声明的规范化写作模式和发布形式。【结果】我国学术期刊撤稿声明的撰写尚不规范,撤稿声明的发布各期刊之间也不统一,尤其是网络版和数据库中的后续处理多未完善。由此归纳出撤稿声明的规范法化写作模式,提出撤稿声明发布的注意事项。【结论】我国学术期刊撤稿声明的写作和发布需要规范,这将有利于维护编辑部、编委会、作者、读者等各方的权益,有助于净化学术环境。
