Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to perfect the digital communication system of academ ic journals.[Methods] Themethod of literature research and the user experience simulationmethod are used. [Findings] The objects of public academic journals digital communication aremainly journals supported by the research fund and the publishing fund.The public academ ic journals digital communication w ill be supported by the national publication foundation.The public digital communication mostly provides services to individual users.[Conclusions] Based on the digital communication pattern deficiency of the academ ic journals,this thesis puts forward a public communication pattern,which brings a systematic argumentation including its leaders,builders,content sources,the platform construction,the resource development and the functional building.The results have reference value to improve the digital communication system of academ ic journals.The thesis takes a step further on the current research on the deficiency of the digital communication pattern as well as the assumption on the function of the public communication platform.

【目的】 完善学术期刊数字化传播体系。【方法】 采用文献调研法和用户模拟体验法对学术期刊数字化传播平台进行研究。【结果】 学术期刊数字化公益传播内容主要来自接受公共资助的学术期刊和靠国家财政投入办刊的学术期刊,数字化公益传播资助主体是国家出版基金,服务对象主要是个人用户。【结论】 本论文针对学术期刊数字化传播格局的不足提出数字化公益传播主张,并对其主导者、建设者、内容来源、平台建设、资源建设和功能建设进行系统论证。研究结果对完善学术期刊数字化传播体系具有参考价值。论文在对学术期刊现有数字化传播平台不足的研究以及对公益传播平台功能的设想上推进了一步。
