Abstract:
[Purpose] This paper is dedicated to the influence of inflows and outflows of international research papers to sci-tech periodicals in China.[Methodology] Mathematical statistics is used to study the correlation on SCI journal’s impact factor and its published international article proportion in the past decade.[Findings] It is found thatwhen international article proportion grows steady during 10%and 40%,the proportion of its international manuscript,or the proportion of its European and American manuscript shows positive correlation w ith its SCI impact factor.[Conclusions] More excellent internationalmanuscript not only help to improve the quality,but also help to enhance the international recognition and the international influence of sci-tech periodicals in China.

摘要:
目的 探讨国际科研论文的流入与流出对我国科技期刊的影响。方法 采用数理统计的方法对我国SCI期刊近十年的国际稿件率与其SCI影响因子进行相关性分析。结果 当我国SCI期刊的国际稿件率在10%~40%稳定增长时,其国际稿件率、欧美等科研强国的稿件率与其SCI影响因子表现出较强的正相关性。结论 争取到更多优秀的国际稿件不仅有助于提高我国科技期刊的质量,更有助于增强我国科技期刊的国际认知度和我国科技期刊的国际影响力。
