摘要:
【目的】 以“C9联盟”高校自然科学学报为例,分析学报的国际影响力,探索“双一流”建设背景下,高校学报的国际化发展之路。【方法】 基于Scopus数据库和SciVal分析工具,对学报的年均载文量、篇均被引频次、CiteScore、CiteScore百分位、FWCI及论文合作度等指标进行分析,并与C9高校、中国、全球论文进行比较,定量展示高校学报的学术地位和国际影响力。【结果】 高校SCI收录学报的各项指标均优于EI收录学报,且界限清晰,同等EI收录的中、英文学报各项指标相差不大。【结论】 高校学报学术质量存在明显差异,但是整体影响力和竞争力不容乐观。在“双一流”建设背景下,高校学报应该依托所属高校优势,明确自身定位,积极寻求政策支持,提高学报载文的国际合作度,提升学报的国际知名度。

Abstract:
[Purposes] Taking the natural science journals of C9 League as examples, this paper aims to analyze their international impact and reveal the way of internationalization under the background of double first-class construction. [Methods] Based on the Scopus database and analysis tool SciVal, we discussed indexes of the annual average volume of papers, citation frequency per paper, CiteScore, CiteScore percentile, FWCI, and cooperation degree. Moreover, we compared them with C9 League, China, and global papers to reveal the academic status and international impact of the university journals. [Finding] The indexes of SCI university journals are better than those of EI journals, and differ greatly. However, the indexes of EI Chinese journals and EI English journals are similar. [Conclusions] There are obvious differences of academic quality among the natural science journals of university, but the overall influence and competitiveness are not optimistic. Under the background of double first-class construction, university journals should rely on the advantages of their own universities, define their own position, actively seek policy supports, improve the international cooperation degree of articles, and increase the international visibility of university journals.
