摘要： 【目的】探讨和总结科技期刊编辑通过参加学术会议组稿的方法，为编辑开展会议组稿工作提供有效参考。【方法】 从编辑实际工作的角度，对参加学术会议组稿的必要性、创新的约稿方式、会议前中后期约稿工作的主要内容以及应该注意的问题进行了比较系统地梳理和阐述。【结果】科技期刊编辑需在参加学术会议的前、中、后期精心策划和准备，并创新组稿的方式、方法，才能提高组稿成功率。【结论】通过参加学术会议获取科技前沿信息和开展组稿工作是提高科技期刊学术质量和扩大影响力的有效方法，也是科技期刊编辑的重要工作技能，应广泛采用。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ This paper aims to discuss and summarize the methods of soliciting contributions by attending academic conferences so as to provide effective references for soliciting contributions in conferences for editors of scientific journals. ［Methods］ Based on editors practical work, this paper systematically analyzed and elaborated the importance and innovative approaches of soliciting contributions by attending academic conferences, and the specific work of soliciting contributions as well as issues for attention before, during and after the conferences. ［Findings］ The editors need to make detailed plans and careful preparations before the conferences, and adopt some innovative and feasible approaches in soliciting contributions during and after the conferences to make the contribution soliciting process more successful. ［Conclusions］ Attending academic conferences is an effective way to obtain advanced scientific information and solicit contributions, and further to promote the academic quality and enhance the impact of scientific journals.
