摘要： 科技期刊编辑素质深刻影响着期刊的质量，高水平的编辑队伍，是创办精品期刊的重要保障。结合《北京科技大学学报》编辑部的编辑素质培养情况，分析了科技期刊编辑应具有的素质和能力。
