Taking the lead in promoting academic journals to realize “Internet + scholarly publishing” by informatization of scientific research

摘要: 【目的】通过对科研信息化引领科技期刊实现“互联网+科技出版”机理的分析与理解,为科技期刊实现“互联网+科技出版”提供理论依据与路径。【方法】 具体描述了科研信息化的三个基本要素“计算、数据、协同”对“互联网+科技出版”的引领作用,进而深度解析“互联网+科技出版”的形成机理与具体内涵。【结果】在科研信息化的引领作用下,“科研、社交、出版”之间跨界融合的创新机制正在形成,学术期刊成为创新一体化服务平台。【结论】 “互联网+科技出版”的核心理念应该是要不断构建与完善集研究、出版、社交等于一体的创新一体化服务平台,以适应与推动科研信息化的需求与发展。

Abstract: [Purposes] By the analyses of the mechanism that takes the lead in promoting academic journals to realize “Internet + scholarly publishing” by informatization of scientific research, this study offers a theoretical basis and route for academic journals.[Methods] By specific analyzing the leading role of three basic key elements of informatization of scientific research for “Internet + scholarly publishing”, which consisted of computing, data, and collaboration, this article deeply analyzed and demonstrated the formation mechanism and the detailed connotation of “Internet + scholarly publishing”. [Findings] Under the leading role of informatization of scientific research, the innovation mechanism of cross-integration between research, social network, and publishing is established and academic journals become the integrated innovation service platform. [Conclusions]The core concept of ” Internet + Scholarly Publishing “ should be to constantly build and improve the integrated innovation service platform that consists of research, social network ,and publishing and so on, in order to further adapt to and promote the development of information of scientific research.
