摘要： 【目的】探讨中文科技期刊影响力提升途径。【方法】 利用中国知网及Excel统计分析功能，以石油天然气工程类科技期刊为例，分析该领域综合排名前列的期刊近十年高被引论文特征，结合期刊发展动态探索中文科技期刊影响力提升途径。【结果】 高被引论文数量逐年增长，热点内容论文较短时间内易达到高被引；拥有核心学术力量的研究机构发表的论文、重点基金项目资助的论文被关注度、引用率普遍较高；学术大师与知名专家不仅以第一作者发表的论文被引用率较高，合作者论文被关注度也较高；作者的高被引论文数量与发文数量关系不大，但与研究选题直接有关；热点、重点领域的引文贡献突出。【结论】 提升科技期刊影响力，应以内容建设为核心，重点提高引领学术创新的能力，周密组织策划出版内容，提高期刊论文质量，增强出版内容多样性。同时，倡导编委、审稿专家、编辑、作者、读者等的知识回报与价值体现，并从“快”“推”“宣”三方面提高期刊“三度”，使辐射效应在提升期刊影响力方面的作用得到最佳发挥。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ This paper aims to discuss the influence promotion ways of Chinese scientific journals. ［Methods］ The paper used the statistical analytical function of CNKI platform and Excel software to analyze the features of the high-cited papers of journals, whose comprehensive ranking was in the forefront in the oil-gas engineering journals in the recent 10 years. Then, by combining the dynamic development of the journals this paper discuss the influence promotion ways of Chinese scientific journals. ［Findings］ The high-cited paper quantity of the conventional content papers is growing year by year, and the hot content ones can achieve a high citation frequency in a relatively short period. A paper published by a research institution with a core academic power can be easily concerned and cited, Fund paper is also similar. The published papers of academic masters and well-known experts have relatively high cited rates, and their cooperation papers also have a higher degree of concern. More published papers do not mean much higher cited rates, and the most important is the research topics. Hot topics are more likely to be concerned.The citation contribution of papers for hot subjects and key fields are more prominent. ［Conclusions］ In order to enhance the influence of scientific journals, firstly, journals should put the content construction in the core position, such as improving the quality of journal articles and increasing the diversity of publishing content; secondly, it is indispensable to carry out a diversified promotion and propaganda, we can do it by shortening publishing period, using variety media forms of promotion and multiple means of publicity. In addition, it is very necessary to advocate the knowledge return and value the embodiment of the editorial board, peer reviewers, editors, authors and readers in the process of editing. Efforts should be made to build a knowledge and information bridge for all parties and enhance the sense of identity of the journals, so as to make the role of the radiation effect on improving the influence of the journal to be the best.
