当代水利科技期刊对其根脉的传承和发展

Inheritance and development of the root of contemporary Chinese hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals

摘要: 【目的】弥补中国近现代水利科技期刊鲜有研究,当代与近现代水利科技期刊关联问题似未见文献论及的缺陷。【方法】对现存近现代和当代水利科技期刊、有关水利史志文集以及CNKI和期刊检索数据库等文献进行考证、统计、对比和综合分析,总结近现代水利科技期刊概况及其传播和影响。提出源流期刊的概念,探讨当代和近现代水利科技期刊有无关联的问题。【结果】当代水利科技期刊对近现代水利科技期刊在办刊历史、涵盖水利分支学科、论著的深广度、学术和社会影响以及总体水平诸方面有所传承和重要发展。有较深厚历史积淀的当代水利科技期刊,学术和社会影响较大。证实源流期刊等近现代水利科技期刊确系当代水利科技期刊的根脉。【结论】对根脉的传承和发展,体现了当代水利科技期刊对历史和对科学的尊重,有助于提升其总体水平。

Abstract: [Purposes]There is few research on modern Chinese hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals and there is still a blank of the relevance of contemporary and modern hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals. Therefore, the inheritance and development of modern Chinese hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals are introduced to solve the problems mentioned above.[Methods] Modern and contemporary scientific and technical periodicals, historical records of hydraulics and papers of CNKI and the retrieval database were studied, counted, compared and comprehensively analyzed. The dissemination and influence of modern scientific and technical periodicals were summarized. The concept of source journals was presented, and the problem of no correlation between contemporary and modern hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals was discussed. [Findings] The former has inheritance and important development in terms of the publication history, the covering branch of hydraulic science, the breadth and depth of papers, the academic and social influence and the overall level. Contemporary hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals have more profound historical accumulation, as well as academic and social impact. It was confirmed that modern hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals were indeed the root of contemporary hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals. [Conclusions] The inheritance and development of the root shows contemporary hydraulic scientific and technical periodicals respect history and science. It is helpful to improve their overall level.
