摘要：

【目的】分析“引用日期”对文字复制比检测的影响及作用,推进与完善编辑出版、学术规范和科研评价工作。【方法】随机选择部分已发表论文,将其引文参考文献适当添加“引用日期”后进行检测对比,并参考已有成果。【结果】发现有无“引用日期”并不影响初检结果,但对复制比取舍、检测范围确定、检测着眼点选择、非引用文献剔除等关键环节影响显著。【结论】“引用日期”应成为引文参考文献的重要要素;它的推广使用,有助于形成新的学术规范,推动学术不端检测范式的转变,提高检测成效和科研评价的科学性。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper analyzes the influence and action of“cited dates” in the detection of characters copy ratio,advances and improves the works of editing and publishing, academic norms and research evaluation.[Methods] This paper random ly selects some published papers, and adds cited dates to their cited references, then detects, compares, and studies some research results.[Findings] The results show there are no effects for the cited dates in the first detection, but there are significant impacts on the acceptation or rejection of the characters copy ratios, the determ ination of detection ranges, the selection of detection points and the exclusion of non-cited references.[Conclusions] Therefore, the cited dates should be the importantelement of cited references and be given high priority.Itwill contribute to form ing new academic standards, push the detection paradigm changing,and increase the detection effect and the research evaluation scientificity.
