Abstract:

[Purposes] Editorial work has low efficiency as a result of the massive and repeated affairs. In view of this, this paper tries to explore the intensive and multi-mode centralized operation ideas, and to achieve the automatic integration of editorial work. [Methods] First, we designed an intensive and versatile fundamental module, which recorded the author information, based on the requirement analysis. Then, we implemented automatic editorial work by Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) program. [Findings] We implement the integrated editorial work module, which batches creating forms automatically. [Conclusions] The proposed method has high feasibility and extendibility, and also benefits the integrated work of journals.
