摘要：

【目的】 了解中国科技人员在国内外发表论文情况,为各级管理部门提供决策依据。【方法】 采用国际权威检索数据库《科学引文索引》《工程索引》《科技会议录引文索引》、Scopus数据库、《医学索引》《社会科学引文索引》以及《中国科技论文与引文数据库》的数据,对中国科技论文数量、学科和地区分布、基金项目论文、国际合著论文、中国卓越科技论文和社会科学论文情况进行统计分析。【结果】 根据《科学引文索引》数据,2017年中国作者共计发表36.12万篇论文,连续第9年位居世界第2,仅次于美国;2008—2018年(截至2018年10月),中国论文的总被引频次为2272.40万次,与2017年统计时相比,增加了17.4%,位居世界第2;中国平均每篇论文被引用10.00次,比2017年统计时提高了6.4%,但是仍低于世界平均值12.61次/篇;2017年中国卓越科技论文数量为28.10万篇,较2016年上升了7.0%。【结论】 近年来,中国科技论文数量迅速增长,论文影响力的提升速度也相对较快,但篇均被引频次与世界平均值相比还有较大差距。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Scientific papers published at home and abroad by Chinese researchers are analyzed to provide decision-making support for management personnel at all levels. [Methods] Based on important databases, such as Science Citation Index (SCI), Ei Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science, Scopus, Medline, Social Science Citation Index, and Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations Database, the number of Chinese scientific papers, discipline and region distribution, papers of fund projects, international coauthored papers, excellent papers, and Chinese social science papers were studied and analyzed. [Findings]According to SCI, Chinese authors have produced about 361.2 thousand papers indexed by SCI in 2017, ranking the second in nine consecutive years only to the United States. Chinese papers were cited 22.724 million times from 2008 to October 2018, increasing by 17.4% compared with that in 2017. China ranked the second. On average, Chinese papers were cited 10.00 times per paper, increased by 6.4% compared with that in 2017, but lower than 12.61 times per paper, the average rate in the world. The number of excellent papers in China was 281.0 thousand in 2017, 7.0% higher than 2016. [Conclusions] The number of Chinese scientific papers and the improvement of paper impact have increased rapidly in recent years, but the average citation-per-paper rate is still far behind the world average.
