摘要： 【目的】 缓和学术期刊供给侧与需求侧的矛盾，优化传统学术期刊的供给侧改革、使传统学术期刊摆脱枷锁，积极迎接数字出版挑战，把握数字出版机遇。【方法】 从优化学术期刊供给侧改革角度出发，探讨媒体融合、期刊专业化建设、语义出版背景下学术期刊供给属性，分析改革动力。【结果】 学术期刊应该积极借助媒体融合东风，优化资源、人才供给；加大专业化建设力度，积极开展学科化集群平台建设；全力推广语义出版技术，掌握HTML、XML技术，加强体制改革。 【结论】 提出的改革路径可为中国学术期刊数字出版发展的战略制定提供参考。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ This paper aims to alleviate the contradiction between the supply-side and demand-side of academic journals, and to optimize the supply-side reform of traditional academic journals. ［Methods］ From the perspective of optimizing the supply-side of academic journals, this paper discussed the media convergence, specialization construction and semantic publishing to analyze the motivation of reform. ［Findings］ It is proposed that academic journals should actively use the new media to optimize the supply of resources and talents, try best to intensify the construction of specialization and construct the disciplinary cluster platform. At last, academic journals should promote the construction of semantic publishing technology and have a good command of HTML and XML technology. ［Conclusions］ The proposed publication strategy of academic journals with the consideration of supply-side reform can provide references for the development of Chinese academic journals.
