摘要：

【目的】 总结中国科学院人文社科类期刊融合出版现状,分析存在的问题并提出对策。【方法】 以中国科学院所属研究单位主办的22种人文社科类期刊为研究对象,对其学术期刊网络数据库、官网、微信公众号、微博、移动客户端及主流媒体平台的融合出版情况进行调查研究。【结果】 22种期刊均开通了官网并被三大中文网络数据库收录,95%的期刊提供开放获取,91%的期刊开通了微信公众号,但未能利用学习强国、微博等新媒体平台,存在媒介形式单一、媒体运营质量低、互融性差等问题。【结论】 人文社科类期刊要逐步构建新媒体矩阵,提升移动端媒体运营质量,加快推动媒体融合向纵深发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper summarizes the current situation of convergence publishing in humanities and social science (HSS) journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures. [Methods] We investigated the convergence publishing of 22 HSS journals sponsored by the research institutes affiliated to the CAS by searching them in the three major Chinese network databases, their official websites, WeChat official accounts, Weibo accounts, mobile client App, and official accounts on other mainstream media platforms. [Findings] All of them have official websites and have been indexed by the three databases. A total of 95% of the journals provide open access and 91% have WeChat official accounts. A few of them have opened official accounts on media platforms such as Learning Power and Weibo. They have some problems in convergence publishing, such as the use of single medium and limited media platforms, low-quality services on media platforms, and poor inter-convergence. [Conclusions] The proposed journals should gradually build a new media matrix, improve the service quality of mobile media, and accelerate the in-depth development of academic journals in convergence publishing.
