国内外代表性化学期刊论文写作规范要求比较

Comparison of paper writing norm requirements for representative chemistry journals at home and abroad

摘要:

【目的】 为国内代表性化学期刊的论文写作规范要求与国际接轨提供参考。【方法】 根据2017年Journal Citation Reports数据,选取7种国内外代表性化学综合类期刊,从各期刊对论文题目、摘要、正文、支持(补充)信息、多媒体数据及实验表征方法的要求说明角度,比较国内外代表性期刊的差异。【结果】 在全文结构、支持(补充)信息及多媒体数据的使用、实验方法描述及表征数据等方面,国内外代表性化学综合类期刊的要求有着较明显的差异,具体到论文的呈现形式上则表现在文章结构的紧凑性、结果表达的多样性、实验方法描述的严谨性及表征数据的规范性等方面。【结论】 国内代表性化学期刊在对论文的数据规范要求、新兴技术的运用等方面仍需完善,建议参考业内发展成熟的期刊,重视实验及数据内容的完整性和规范性,支持和鼓励多媒体等新兴技术的运用,加强论文内容的学术规范程度,丰富内容的呈现形式,从而提升期刊的出版水平。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to provide references for paper writing norm requirements of representative chemistry journals in China to be in line with international standards. [Methods] According to Journal Citation Reports(2017), seven representative chemistry journals at home and abroad were selected. The differences between domestic and foreign representative journals were compared from the perspective of requirements of each journal for paper title, abstract, text, supporting (supplementary) information, multimedia data, and experimental characterization methods. [Finding] There are obvious differences in the requirements of representative chemistry journals at home and abroad in terms of full-text structure, supporting (supplementary) information and the use of multimedia data, and description of experimental methods and characterization of data. Specifically, the presentation of the paper is manifested in the compactness of article structure, the diversity of result expression, the preciseness of experimental method description, and the standardization of characterization data. [Conclusions] The representative chemical journals published in China still need to be improved in terms of data specification requirements and application of emerging technologies. Referring to the mature journals in the field of chemistry, it is suggested that the representative journals published in China should attach importance to the statement integrity and standardization of experiment and data section, offer support and encourage the application of emerging technologies such as multimedia, strengthen the academic standardization of paper content, and enrich the presentation forms of article content, so as to promote their publishing level.
