摘要：

【目的】学科作者群的整体情况能够反映该学科的相对成熟水平。编辑出版类期刊的选题策划、组稿约稿、推广营销、品牌延伸、多元化经营等都会受到作者群的重要影响,因此,系统研究编辑出版领域的作者群将有效保障期刊的稿源数量和质量,并且能有效提升期刊的质量、知名度与影响力。【方法】基于中文社会科学引文索引来源期刊中8种编辑出版类期刊的载文信息,采用文献计量学指标进行发文情况、引文情况和活跃作者群分析,揭示当前编辑出版研究领域的作者群现状。【结果】编辑出版领域的作者队伍具有一定规模,但是作者队伍尚不成熟,研究能力以及作者之间的合作广度和深度都有较大的提升空间;虽然新生力量不断涌现,但是瞬时作者较多、大批作者低产,核心作者群尚未形成,跨学科研究较少;作者群的文献利用和信息吸收能力较强,但是紧跟世界前沿研究的能力、作者自身学术研究之间的承接性和相关性较为不足,论文的学术影响和价值发挥不力。【结论】现阶段,各期刊需要借助网络数字服务平台,定期分析编辑出版领域的作者群的深层次情况,大力扶持潜在作者,悉心维护高产核心作者。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The overall situation of authors can reflect the relatively mature level of discipline which greatly influence the selection of topics, drafts, marketing, brand extension, and diversification of journals in the editing and publishing field. Therefore, systematically studying the situation of authors in this field will effectively protect the journal manuscript and promote the quality, reputation, and influence of journals. [Methods] Based on the information derived from eight editorial and publishing journals indexed in China Social Science Citation Index, this paper aimed to reveal the situation of authors by bibliometric indexes from three aspects, namely publication, citation, and active author groups. [Findings] The authors in the editing and publishing field are more large, but the author team is still immature, the research ability and the breadth and depth of cooperation among authors have a lot of room for improvement. Although new forces are constantly emerging, there are more instant authors. A large number of authors are low-yielding, the core author group has not yet formed, and interdisciplinary research is less involved. The authors' literature utilization and information absorption ability are better, but the ability to follow the frontier research in the world and the correlation of author's own academic research is weak. The academic influence and value of the paper are insufficient. [Conclusions] At this stage, the journals need to use the online digital service platform to regularly analyze the situation of authors in this field, support the potential authors, and carefully maintain the high-yield core authors.
