摘要:

【目的】 利用文献计量评价指标助力科技期刊在选题策划、组稿约稿及学科发展发挥引领功能。【方法】 以2005—2014年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库来源的乳腺肿瘤学科文献为研究对象,构建定量评价方法,对该学科进行定量与定性的实证分析。【结果】 获取了该学科的热点和研究方向,遴选出了与该学科专业高度契合、引领学科发展的同行评议者。为选题策划、组稿约稿及同行评议路径的改进提供数据支撑,并提出改进对策。【结论】 提出定量评价有助于提升科技期刊的引领功能,并浅析新兴出版模式下科技期刊发挥引领作用的可行性。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to take the advantage of bibliometric evaluation index to improve the leading function of science and technology journals in the topic selecting, manuscripts soliciting and the development of disciplines. [Methods] A quantitative evaluation method was established based on the literatures of breast cancer from CNKI and Web of Science database in 2005—2014, and carried out on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the subject. [Findings] The key research hotspot of the discipline is obtained, and the peer reviewers who are highly compatible with the subject specialty and leading the development of disciplines are selected. The results provide data support for strengthening the strategy of the topic selecting, manuscripts soliciting, as well as the improvement of peer review pathway for the quality control of manuscripts, and propose the improvement measures. [Conclusions] Quantitative evaluation is helpful to enhance the leading function of science and technology periodicals, and to explore the feasibility of the leading function of science and technology periodicals under the new publishing mode.
