摘要： 【目的】回顾创办精品科技期刊的发展历程，分享和展望中文科技期刊的精品之路。【方法】 统计和分析《岩石力学与工程学报》历年特别是近10年发表较高水平的文章数与被引用情况、论文构成、发表论文Top 30单位与高被引论文前92名作者、办刊特点。【结果】分析表明设立“陈宗基讲座”引领岩土工程学科发展，本刊总被引频次和影响因子等各项指标提升明显。在此基础上进一步深化并拓展中文精品科技期刊的办刊思路。【结论】创精品科技期刊应该花大力气组约高水平稿件、注重严把审稿质量关、培养一流编辑将才和细化服务功能。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ The development history of Chinese Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CJRME) was reviewed and preliminary achievements gained in the past decade were introduced. ［Methods］ Several citation indices of CJRME in the past decade were collected and analyzed including the number of high-quality papers, total cites, paper types, colleges and institutes with most papers published (top 30), high-cited-paper authors (top 92), journal features, and other evaluation indices. ［Findings］ Based on the statistics, it can be found that it is a difficult task to establish an outstangding scientific journal in Chinese language under the condition that many Chinese high-quality papers have been submitted to foreign journals. Thus, a solution must be provided for establishing the Chinese outstangding scientific journals. ［Conclusions］It is indicated from this paper that in order to establish an outstangding scientific journal, much attention should be paid to calling for high-quality papers, high-quality peer review, excellent editors, and satisfactory service.
