摘要： 目的 分析科技期刊青年编辑项目申请特点,探求其开展业务研究的诉求。方法 以中国科学技术协会科技期刊青年编辑业务研究择优支持项目为例,对其申请和资助情况进行综合分析,在此基础上归纳总结现阶段科技期刊青年编辑的业务诉求,并由此提出一些思考。结果 在科技创新日新月异和数字化出版大潮的推动下,期刊多元化增值服务、优秀作者队伍的建立和培养、学术不端甄别和防范、国际化精品期刊打造等具有鲜明的挑战性和创新性成长方向,是科技期刊青年编辑关注的热点,充分体现了新一代科技期刊青年编辑的改革创新意识和时代责任感。但基础业务、实践能力、创新思维等方面仍需加强。结论 立足科技期刊发展、提升编辑业务技能是青年编辑的共同诉求,发挥长处,补好短板,必能实现中国科技期刊的强国梦。

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to explore the young editors' appeals on business research by analyzing the feature of their proposals. [Methods] Taking the Supporting Project for Outstanding Young Editors in Scie.pngic Journals by China Association for Science and Technology as an example, this paper summarized the appeals by analyzing the application and funding situation, and put forward a few thoughts. [Findings] With the great changes in science and technology and the rapid development of digital publishing, young editors pay more attention on the value-added services of journals, the establishing of excellent author teams, the academic misconduct and preventions, as well as the building of journal with international quality, which fully reflects their reform and innovation consciousness and the sense of responsibility. However, the underlying business, practical ability, and innovative awareness of young editors are still need to be strengthened. [Conclusions] To improve the editing skills based on the development of scie.pngic journals is the common appeal of young editors, who need to make full use of their advantages and make up for their shortcomings. Then the powerful dream of Chinese scie.pngic journals will be surely realized.
