摘要：

【目的】 以《中国科学》《科学通报》(以下简称为“两刊”)依托中国科学院学部发展为实例,探索两刊建设的有效途径,进而为我国科技期刊发展提供可借鉴的模式。【方法】 基于学部采取的一系列重要举措以及依托“科学与技术前沿论坛”策划组稿为实例,分析学部在提升两刊影响力中发挥的重要作用。【结果】 两刊依托学部办刊取得了积极效果,稿源数量不断增加,稿件质量逐步提高,影响力逐年提升。通过承办论坛等高水平学术活动,有助于期刊编辑掌握国内外科技前沿和扩大国际视野。【结论】 学部作为学术团体,在推动办刊方面的积极探索为我国科技期刊发展提供了新思路。学术团体参与办刊是科技期刊影响力提升的重要途径之一。建设与我国科技创新能力相匹配的科技期刊是科技界的共同责任。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Taking Science China Series and Science Bulletin supported by Academic Divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASAD) as a case study, we aims to explore the effective ways to build the two journals and provide a model for the development of scientific journals in China. [Methods] Based on a series of important measures taken by CASAD and the achievements of Forums on Frontiers of Science and Technology (FFST) published in the two journals, we analyzed the important role played by CASAD in enhancing the influence of the two journals. [Findings] The achievement can be observed from the increasing number of contributions with high quality. The two journals have participated in high-level academic activities such as FFST, which is helpful for the editors to grasp the frontier of science and technology with an international vision. [Conclusions] The activities explored by CASAD open a new avenue for scientific journals in China. The participation of academic groups in the operation of journals is an important way to enhance the influence of scientific journals. It is our common responsibility to build up the scientific journals that match the scientific innovation ability in China.
