摘要：

【目的】 随着国家对生态文明的重视,人民对优美生态环境的需要,林业科技期刊作为林业科学知识的传播媒介,在生态文明建设中的作用愈来愈重要。探索中文期刊的办刊之路,为切实提高办刊质量提供参考。【方法】 以《湖北林业科技》为例,分析目前林业科技期刊的办刊现状,针对期刊发展中存在的体制改革、稿源不足、稿件缺乏严格把关、办刊动力不足、自身推广不力、刊发文章内容混杂、低水平运行难有突破等质量问题以及人才队伍建设问题,探讨期刊的发展路径。【结果】 提出编营分离模式,契合定位、做强主业,以及走专家学者办刊之路等办刊策略。【结论】 符合自身发展特点的编营分离模式能为林业科技期刊提供好的办刊思路和办法,促进中文期刊打破发展瓶颈。

Abstract:

[Purposes] With attention of the country's emphasis on ecological civilization in China, people need for a beautiful ecological environment. As a communication medium of forestry science knowledge, forestry scientific journals play increasingly important roles in the construction of ecological civilization. This study aims to explore the operation ways of Chinese journals, and provide a reference for improving the quality of journals. [Methods] Taking Hubei Forestry Science and Technology as an example, we analyzed the current status of forestry scientific journals, and explored the development paths of journals in terms of solving the problems in the development of journals, such as system reform, lack of manuscripts and strict review, insufficient motivation, poor promotion, mixed content of articles, low level operation, the construction of talent team, and so on. [Findings] The strategies of editing-management separation, positioning science popularization, strengthening the main business, and taking the road of experts and scholars to run the journals are proposed. [Conclusions] The editing-management separation model, which is in line with its own development characteristics, can provide a good idea and method for forestry scientific journals, and promote Chinese journals to break the development bottleneck.
