摘要：

【目的】 探讨科技期刊在国家实施创新驱动发展战略中助力地方科技创新、服务经济发展的作用与潜能。【方法】 从科技期刊的基本功能出发,分析科技期刊在科研成果传播、科研人才培养中所具备的优势,以及在科研成果转化中的纽带作用。【结果】 科技期刊可为地方科技创新提供技术支撑和知识服务,但目前存在重发表、轻应用,科研单位与生产企业间信息沟通不畅等问题。【结论】 科技期刊应以地方科技创新需求为目标,采取加强区域内期刊合作等服务地方科技创新的方法与路径。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the roles and potentials of scientific journals in boosting the regional scientific and technological innovation, and serving the economic development in the national strategies of innovation-driven development. [Methods] Based on the basic functions of scientific journals, we analyzed the advantages of the scientific journals in the dissemination of scientific and technological achievements and the talent cultivations, and the role of scientific and technological link in the achievement transformation. [Findings] Scientific journals can provide technical support and knowledge services for local science and technology innovation. However, there are many problems, such as lack of real life application, and poor information communication between research institutes and enterprises. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should take the local technological innovation demands as the goal, take the frontier technology as the orientation to carry out the topic planning, release innovative research results in time, and promote the promotion and industrialization of scientific research results.
