摘要:

【目的】 构建我国科技期刊创新驱动动力机制。【方法】 运用创新理论,分析我国科技期刊创新发展面临的动力机制困境,剖析其产生的主要原因。【结果】 从培育壮大创新主体、建立创新利益导向和激励机制、建立和完善风险分担机制及培育创新文化等方面构建科技期刊创新驱动的动力机制和动力系统,揭示科技期刊创新驱动的内在机理和规律。【结论】 科技期刊应加快体制、机制变革,破除创新障碍,为创新驱动发展提供动力保障。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to construct the driving mechanism of innovation of science and technology periodicals.[Methods] By use of the theory of innovation, the difficulties for constructing motive force mechanism of the innovation and development of science and technology periodicals published in China were analyzed, and the main reasons for these difficulties were also analyzed.[Findings] From fostering the growth of innovation subject, innovation and establishing interest oriented incentive mechanism, constructing the dynamic mechanism and driving system innovation of periodical of science and technology to establish and improve the risk sharing mechanism and the cultivation of innovative culture, the inherent mechanism and rule driven innovation of science and technology periodicals are revealed.[Conclusions] Science and technology journals should speed up the reform of the system, mechanism and break the barriers of innovation, in order to provide impetus for the development of innovation driven.
