摘要：

【目的】 综合分析在医学科技期刊学术不端检测工作中使用中国知网研发的学术不端文献检测系统(AMLC)时需要谨慎判别的一些问题,并针对学术不端行为提出相应的防范措施及合理处置。【方法】 结合在医学期刊登记稿件及审稿工作中总结的经验,概括分析医学论文中存在的学术不端行为及处理。【结果】 学术不端文献检测系统的不合理运用,在稿件学术行为鉴定中会导致优质稿件的流失及学术不端行为的发生。为最大限度地预防论文学术不端行为的发生,不仅要总结工作经验,科学有效地利用AMLC,还要在编辑出版全过程中进行有效预防。【结论】 坚决抵制任何学术不端行为的发生,责任编辑要充分意识到自身的职责,不断提升业务素质,同时更需要相关管理部门、社会各界以及广大科研工作者的共同努力,大力加强学风建设。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the problems which need careful evaluation in the detection work for the misconduct of medical science and technology journals by using academic misconduct literature check (AMLC), in order to put forward the corresponding preventive measures and reasonable dispositions of academic misconduct.[Methods] On the basis of auditing work experiences of medical journal papers, misbehaviors in medical papers and the corresponding reasonable disposals were analyzed and generalized.[Findings] Non-reasonable use of the detection system leads to the loss of high-quality medical papers and the occurrence of academic misconduct. To maximally prevent academic misconduct of medical papers, it not only needs to sum up the experiences in actual work and scientifically use the AMLC, but also needs to take effectively preventive measures during editing and publication process.[Conclusions] To resist any academic misconducts, the editors should realize their own responsibilities, and constantly improve the professional level. What's more, it also needs more related administrative departments, various circles of society, and the scientific research workers to make joint efforts, which help strengthen the development of academic atmosphere.
