摘要： 【目的】以SSCI信息科学与图书馆学期刊为例，分析JCR最新公布的期刊评价位置指标——影响因子百分位与h指数、累积h指数等位置指标的相关性及其对期刊的评价效力。【方法】 计算SSCI信息科学与图书馆学期刊2015年的2年、5年、7年、10年的h指数和累积h指数，在WoS中下载各刊2015年的5年影响因子、特征因子和影响因子百分位，对上述指标做Spearman相关性分析。【结果】 各引证时间窗口h指数和累积h指数及影响因子百分位间均呈显著正相关（均为P=0.000），各指标与5年影响因子、特征因子间均呈显著正相关（均为P=0.000）。【结论】 影响因子百分位与h指数、累积h指数对期刊的评价效力一致，均在一定程度上反映了期刊的学术影响力。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ This paper takes the SSCI journal of information science and library science as an example, analyzes the relevance of JCR newly published journal evaluation location index--average JIF percentile with h index, accumulative h index, and evaluates their effectiveness for periodicals. ［Methods］This paper calculated the 2 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years h index and accumulative h index of SSCI information science and library science journals in 2015, downloaded the publications 5 years impact factor, Eigenfactor and average JIF percentile in the WoS in 2015, then made a Spearman correlation analysis of the indicators above. ［Findings］ There are significant positive correlations among average JIF percentile and h index, accumulative h index in each citation time window (all P=0.000), each index and Eigenfactor, 5 years impact factor are significantly positively related (all P=0.000). ［Conclusions］The evaluation effect of average JIF percentile, h index and accumulative h index s are consistent, both reflecting the academic influence of the journals to a certain extent.
