摘要：

【目的】 探讨专业社群在医学科技期刊发展中的作用,促进传统期刊创新发展【方法】 基于微信、QQ等热门社交网络工具建立医学期刊专业社群,将传统医学期刊的内容资源、人才资源和品牌资源与专业社群相融合,通过打造微课堂、成果二次传播、在线选题与征文等创新模式探索科技期刊与专业社群的融合发展,并分析融合发展的效果。【结果】 通过专业社群的应用,期刊更好地为庞大的读者、作者群体服务;通过专业社群体系与期刊的融合,期刊来稿量明显提升,选题策划、约稿等期刊重要活动范围更广、热度更高、针对性更强;编委、审稿专家办刊积极性更高;期刊学术信息传播能力和影响力显著提升。【结论】 借助网络社群在传播、交互、资源积累方面的优势,有效提高医学科技期刊运营效率,进而提升期刊综合影响力,具有推广应用和开放共享价值。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the impact of professional coummunity on the development of medical scientific journals in order to promote the innovation development of traditional journals. [Methods] The professional community of medical journals was established based on WeChat, QQ or other social networking tools to combine with content resources, human resources and brand resources of traditional medical journals. The integrative development between scientific journals and professional community was explored by micro-class building, second transmission of academic achievements, online subject scheming, online soliciting contributions and other innovation models, meanwhile the effects of integrative development were analyzed. [Findings] The application of professional community is convenient to form a large community of readers and authors. The combination between professional community and traditional journal prominently increases the amount of articles, broadens the range of topic selection, soliciting contributions and other activities with high enthusiasm and strong pointedness. The application of professional community improves the motivation of editorial board member and peer-reviewers, and enhances the transmission capacity of academic information and the journal influence. [Conclusions] The advantages of professional community in spread, communication and resource accumulation can effectively improve the operation efficiency and promote the comprehensive influence of medical scientific journals, so it is worthy of popularization, application and open sharing.
