摘要：

目的 为正确理解和执行GB/T 7714—2015《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》规定,为规则的修订完善提供参考。方法 对《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》中“多次引用同一著者的同一文献”的概念内涵进行逻辑分析,指出其引文页码著录存在的问题。结果 对“多次引用同一著者的同一文献时,在正文中标注首次引用的文献序号,并在序号‘[ ]’外著录引文页码”这一表述提出了修改建议;提出多次引用同一篇期刊析出文献的引文页码的著录方法。结论 建议“多次引用同一著者的同一文献”修改为“多次引用同一文献”,进一步明确其页码著录方式。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to correctly understand and implement GB/T 7714—2015 Information and documentation——Rules for bibliographic references and citations to information resources, and to provide a reference for the revision of the new standard in the future.[Methods] By logical analysis, the concept connotation of "citing the same literature of the same author for many times" in GB/T 7714—2015 Information and documentation——Rules for bibliographic references and citations to information resources was discussed, and the problems in the description of citation page number were pointed out.[Findings] Against the expression of "when citing the same literature of the same author for many times, mark the serial number of reference for the first time in the text, and mark the citation page number after '[ ]' of the reference serial number", revision suggestions are given. The description method of the citation page number when citing the same contribution from the journal for many times is put forward.[Conclusions] The expression of "citing the same literature of the same author for many times" should be revised into "citing the same literature for many times", and the description of its citation page number order should be clarified.
