Application of APP on scientific periodicals:a case study on Science Show

摘要:

目的】为科技期刊编辑部自主制作APP提供操作范例。【方法】结合APP开发模式、移动互联网特点等,运用“科学秀”移动阅读作品制作发布云平台,以实例介绍科技期刊APP的制作过程。【结果】“科学秀”能够满足科技期刊自身制作发布APP的要求,其制作流程有创建作品辑、创建作品、编辑内页、发布作品等基本环节,采编方式有PDF和HTML5两种,作品能够在微信朋友圈分享或下载独立的APP。【结论】“科学秀”是与科技期刊APP现阶段制作要求相适应的制作平台,并希望“科学秀”未来能够在互动性和采编方式整合两方面得到提升。

Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims to provide an operatingmodel for scientific and technical periodicals'editorial officeswhen they develop their own APP.[Methods]A fter considering the developmentmodes and themobile Internet trait,the Science Show was used to build a scientific and technical periodical APP.[Findings]Science Show could meet the demand of scientific and technical periodicals'editorial offices DIY APP.The proceedingswerebuilding compositions, productions, papers, and publishing.There were two editorialways:PDF and HTML5.And the APP can share in WeChat or on the Internet.[Conclusions]Science Show is the proper tool for scientific and technical periodicals to build APP.Interactivity and integration in editorial ways were proposed to promote Science Show in the future.
