摘要：

【目的】 思考在新环境下的高校学术期刊功能转型,并基于期刊功能的实现促进高校学术期刊的创新发展。【方法】 通过对高校学术期刊功能演化之梳理,并以互联网思维视角来审视,重新定位高校学术期刊功能,探索新功能实现路径。【结果】 高校学术期刊经历了从促进教学科研到僵化再到异化的功能演化。在新的环境下,期刊功能已不适应当前期刊发展形势,实现功能转型是期刊改革发展的必然。【结论】 高校学术期刊应具备信息和思想传播、学术引领和规范、促进科技成果应用和科技人才培养四大功能,实现这一功能转型,需要依赖消除期刊功能异化、组织创新、服务共享和价值链接、数字化建设、价值再造等路径。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Thingking on the functional transformation of university academic journals in the new environment is to promote the innovation and development of university academ ic journals based on the realization of the new features of the journal. [Methods]Through combing the functional evolution of university academ ic journals and the function of the Internet thinking,and from the perspective of the Internet thinking,the function of academ ic journals should be repositioning and the path to achieve should be explored. [Findings] By combing the function of university academ ic journals,the function of university academic journals has experienced the evolution from the promotion of teaching scientific researches to rigidness and even to the alienation.Under the new environment,the function of periodicals has notadapted to the new situation of the current periodical development,and the function transformation has become the necessity of the reform and development.[Conclusions] The university academic journals should have four functions：information and thought communication,academic guidance and standardization,promoting the application of scientific and technological achievements and training of scientific and technological talents.Its realization needs to rely on the paths of the elim ination of alienation,organizational innovation,service sharing and value links,digital construction,value recycling and others to achieve this functional transformation.
